Iron Maiden's "Maiden England" tour with special guest Alice Cooper at Darien Lake tonight. Can't wait! Heading out in a couple of minutes

Sounds like a great hard rock show. Check back in with a review tomorrow or later this week. Would love to see these guys live even though I don't own a lot of their music.

Saw the tour a couple of weeks ago in DC. Amazing stage show, great setlist. Unfortunately the sound was muddy. I still enjoyed it, but it could have been even better with a better mix.

The sound was a little bit muddy for me too. I wonder what happened. The sound on the Final Frontier tour was crystal clear. Loved the setlist. My Alice Cooper highlights were Brutal Planet & Feed My Frankenstein. My Iron Maiden highlights were Afraid To Shoot Strangers, Seventh Son of a Seventh Son and The Evil That Men Do.

I was at the DC show as well. I'm thinking it may have had something to do with the strong storms that went through that general area the night before. I mean, a big giveaway that they had problems was the fact that the right display screen was gone. I saw a few people at the 7 Eleven after the show and they said that the sound was unbalanced... more coming from the right and from the left, makes sense. Oddly enough, the sound was very clear on all the vids I took at the show. Weird.

I second "Afraid To Shoot Strangers". Don't understand why so many were bitching about it, it's a great song that hadn't been played for years. Criminally underrated. My faves of the night would have to be that, Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son, and The Prisoner. Also, nice that they started closing with Running Free again.

I considered the weather could have been a factor however Archetype's post from another show makes me wonder.

Went back to Jiffy Lube Live for Kiss/Crue on Friday and the right screen was repaired and functional.
