My advice (no better than anyone else's either)

If she is as "hot" as you say and is a waitress - she has already been hit on a zillion times. Therefore you have a major challenge ahead of you.

As someone else mentioned - "confidence" is the key. Leaving your number wouldn't have cut it.

Hmmm....kind of a related story, I was with my band at a restaurant in FL and the waitress was pretty attractive. I was paying my bill and left the credit card receipt on the table and went out to get the van or smoke a cigarette or something. When the band came out we were about to leave when I realized I left my credit card. I came back and the waitress was acting a little weirded out, and I took the little folio that had my receipt and credit card and saw on the reciept where some winner in my band decided to write at the top of the reciept "You are so hot I want to shit all over your face!" Some may think that's funny but it seemed like a pretty "shitty" thing to do (see what I did?).

Anyway, I can't see how that would help you in your situation but there ya go.

Not all chicks may admit it but so many of the really hot ones get lots of "digits" handed to them by guys daily/nightly. Back in the day when I used to go out dancing regularily on Friday/Saturday nights with my girl, I'd go to the restroom at least a few times during the evening and when we were heading home later on, she'd hand me at least three or four numbers on small pieces of paper from guys who slipped it to her while I was in the head. With that said, it's more then just a few guys in the world who do this type of thing. These guys must go to the club with the numbers already written up on the small pieces of paper or something.

But then again, it may also depend on the clubs. The ones we used to go to were hip-hop clubs.
