AP Exclusive: Memos show US hushed up Soviet Crime

The United States government covered for the Soviet Union about the Katyn forest massacre

Documents released Monday and seen in advance by The Associated Press lend weight to the belief that suppression within the highest levels of the U.S. government helped cover up Soviet guilt in the killing of some 22,000 Polish officers and other prisoners in the Katyn forest and other locations in 1940.

I think this has been common knowledge for decades. In the case of U.S., It's all about the Devil You know. Pol Pot anyone?

I honestly believe that the moral high road in WWII would have been to side with Hitler rather than Stalin. Millions more civilians died as a result of Stalin. Hitler was a spit in the ocean in comparison.

FDR new that the Japanese were going to attack Pearl Harbor, but he kept that information to himself rather than warn everyone at Pearl Harbor because he wanted to get us into WW2.

Everyone should Google about the Gulf Of Tonkin and false-flag operations. Also read about Operation Northwoods.

I think digging into US-Soviet relations would be like opening pandora's box. I can't imagine how many skeletons are in that closet.

The thing is that Stalin wasn't blitzcrieging through the rest of Europe at that time. At least not yet, but it can be argued that his agenda may have lead him down that path a few more years down the road.

Stalin subscribed to the idea of worldwide communist revolution. He surely would have started his own blitzkreig at some point.
