Without question one of my favorite concert DVD's to watch! Outstanding concert all around. Love the part whee Billy and Sir Paul are telling the story of how Paul BARELY made it to the show and what it took to get him there in time.

Being there in the crowd when Billy got the announcement that Paul had arrived was pretty amazing. Of course, at the time, I had no idea about what it took to get him there. When I found out afterwards on the DVD, it made the moment even more amazing. Fantastic show on so many levels.
When Paul is telling his side of the story and says his motorcade got from JFK to Shea on 11 mins. ....... WOOF! That's some serious motoring!

And of course one of the absolute best highlights was Bennett and Joel's duet of New York State of Mind. You don't get much more "NEW YORK" than that!
Seen him at least 7 or 8 times over the years and he never fails to deliver an outstanding performance. He and his band are so, so polished - especially Liberty DeVito (majorly underrated drummer).
Being there for that show - the significance of it and being part of a historic event - must have been just amazing. Awesome memory to have David! And even more awesome to be able to say, "I was a part of that!"
