Just got home from work, turned on the television and MSNBC was on. Right before commercial break, they played Journey's ever-so inspirational jam Don't Stop Believin'. It wouldn't of stood out to me any other day, but they played Arnel's version of the song off Revelation. I think this was the first time I've EVER heard a National Media Outlet, of any sort, not play the voice of Perry!

apparently MSNBC have just issued a statement of explanation as well saying. We dont have real honest Presidents and presidential candidates anymore, just fakers. Don't complain- why should you expect to hear from the real honest Journey. Nah we're playing kereokee Up next as we wait for the election results.....we will have a Larry Gowan led Styx singing Too Much Time on My Hands.

Lol, very clever. Well, if they intentionally wanted to use the AP version, they did so because it's the newest version and they wanted to be up-to-date, or possibly they didn't even notice which version they picked up to use.
