Manny has never been knocked out, as far as I know. This is a huge upset. Marquez threw a punch that he didn't see coming. This would normally be a career ender. Think Manny will retire.....or will just suck it up and become an even bigger dragon to fight?

Paq got knocked the fuck out... and he saw the punch the whole way, a GREAT counter to a pawing Paq jab... Paq was wide open for that.. and he just couldn't get outta the way..

He'll ink a deal with Hasbro that will secure his likeness on one of the Rock 'em Sock'em robots as well as being awarded 2 Official Manny P. days in the P.I. on which every resident must shout his name once every hour.

Seriously though, Steve.... I have to believe he's tired and rightfully so. He's accomplished everything he wanted to and more and he's as much a pride of his country as Arnel is and he's young enough and rich enough to hang up his gloves, do some work with his charities, and enjoy the life he's made for himself. That's what I see happening anyway.

Yeah, pretty much agree, Steve. MP and AP have made huge inroads,in helping their people. I'm proud of both of them.

Wow! I watched the link Slucie posted which has every conceivable angle covered and in every one of them which clearly shows the KO punch, Manny left himself more wide-open than any other time I've seen him in any of his fights. AND... in two of the shots, he literally looks like he walked into the punch! Damn! Talk about a a ton of bricks and falling...

WOW did he get dropped or what? Reminds me of Hearns knocking out Duran. Anytime a fighter goes down face first they are OUT!
