I'm surprised Cuba allows us to have a base there.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

Yeah, that's always been a chin-scratcher for me. Don't we still have them under an embargo? I mean, they're not getting anything from us financially-speaking, so it can't be that. The only thing I can think of is they know they'd be overrun by U.S. troops within hours of trying anything against that base...

...Well, scratch that. After Ben-Ghazi, that may no longer be the case. If we don't defend our own turf (bases and embassies are considered homeland) that may be out the Window.

There's nothing they can do. Tomás Estrada Palma, the first President of Cuba gave us an open ended lease after we took the Island away from Spain. We told them we'll leave and nuke them if they try to force us off the Island. They cut off our water years ago but we fixed that by bringing in a desalizintaion palnt.

We pay them $4,000 a year in rent as in accordance with the original treaty. They don't even bother to cash the checks but that's their problem, not ours.

Anyway, they violated terms of the lease when they let the fucking reds bring in Nukes in the 60s. We ain't never leaving after that.
