Even at 71 he's still better than half the crap that's out on tour now.

That's just fucking amazing! He must still have real passion for delivering a quality show to his fans.

He played over 3hrs last night. Some friends said parking was horrible and a half hr wait
to get in. The show started late as well. Hopefully some vids show up on youtube.

As much as I would have loved to see certain bands like the Stones and The Who, I refuse to go to stadium shows. Not to mention that Miller Park was like a sauna last night.

I go back and forth on my opinion of stadium shows. If you are in the lower deck or the field it can be fun and a real site when you look back and see all those people. The sound can even be good. However if you are in the upper deck it usually isn't worth it at all and the band's sound usually gets swallowed up.

Good Stadium Shows I've Seen

Pink Floyd
Roger Waters
Paul McCartney
Metallica

Stadium Shows That Didn't Cut It

The Eagles
The Rolling Stones
The Who
Genesis

For the record I've seen The Who put on great shows but they were all in the sheds or arenas.

Paul's ALWAYS been a great show. I've seen him each time he's been through Seattle, including that which was filmed in 76 for "RockShow". The dude's a killer musician and great entertainer. I think his voice is definitely showing wear on this tour, but he's 71 freaking years old. It's gonna be a great show Friday! 4th row. Granted, his shows are expensive, but if anybody on the planet is worth that price, it's this guy.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.
