Free Target shooting for Gangs...

Here in Chicago, these gang bangers appear to be the worst shots ever...http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/07/2 ... 31349.html
They can hit kids on bikes, ladys on a porch, but never who they are aiming at (each other) and since its just black
on black shooting , sharpton, Jackson, and the other "civil" camera loving scam artist dont seem to care. I think it would be well served to teach these thugs how to aim. At least they would hit each other instead of kids and moms.
So since we cant seem to disarm or jail all of them heres to free vouchers for target lessons.......
