Except he isn't in rock.

And he isn't a frontman.

I'm sure he's a great guy though :)

If you don't think Dave is one of ther last great frontmen in rock during his VH days after Mick Jagger, Roger Daltrey, Robert Plant & Steven Tyler then you must be an idiot!

I agree. Even though Dave is a somewhat weird dude, he was so good back then. Not sure if he can still pull it off though. I would have to say between Dave, Bono, and Steve Perry, those were the big heads in rock in the 80's. No question.

I agree too.

He WAS a great frontman in rock.

But NOW he isn't a frontman and isn't in rock.

He is very much IN rock...his last tour kicked ass...he played loads of old VH tunes.

I agree! Add unique! Dave and Plant were unique in their being so identifiable and Perry was all around great and identifiable. They were the best, imo.[img][/img]
