I doubt it's poor Ed. Eddie has been the biggest reason for the revolving door of frontmen in VH. And, like so many great bands of the 70's and 80's, it's best to just remember the good times and move on! Sadly....but the only two bands I know that will last forever will be The Rolling Stones and Aerosmith...

Yeah I doubt it's 'poor Ed' as well......the guy could wipe his ass with 100 dollar bills for the rest of his life and still die a multi millionaire......

It may well be the last we see or hear of VH as we have known them.....if so, let's be happy for all the great music and all the great memories.

There may be a different incarnation in the future, I'm sure. What form that might take, I don't think anybody can say.

What I think should happen here though, is that people who seem to be happy and gloating that VH seem to be done and dusted, should fuck off and find somehwre else to purge themselves.......like the Robbie Williams board or something.

To be fair, they only have actually two 'Best of' albums.......I don't think that is over the top for a band whose career stretches back 28 years, do you??

I wouldn't mind a Box Set if it was done right. Maybe 3 cd best off and 2 discs of unreleased matierial or maybe a live Roth, Hagar, and Cherone concert

I haven't mentioned this before Kenny....but your avatar is a dead ringer for a girl i was in love with for about 2 years between 1993 and 1995. She had a boyfriend at the time but i could have fucked her...but i either took the moral highroad or was too gutless to do anything about it...can't remember what was going on in my universe at that time  ...but i do remember listening to Van Halen a lot :)
