Rattlesnake!!!!!!!!

Postby epresley » Fri Sep 24, 2010 5:13 am

I get to go home this afternoon and kill a big rattlesnake that is living out by my wood shop. He already bit my cat and the neighbor’s dog. My wife, Andrea walked up on him last night in the dark, with one contact in and a little flashlight in her hand. She was not amused. I can’t honestly say that I’m thrilled about looking for the thing when I get home-

What weaponry and technique will you employ? It's a rare opportunity so I'd make it worthwhile and memorable. :)

Sure it's not a Maraca player?

If so, just give him alcohol.

Ohman, good luck, those things are ferocious, but don't let it get in your head. I suggest going in Steve Irwin style. Jump on the mother fucker and wrasstle it to death.

.. Or a can of hairspray and a lighter would work. GOOD LUCK!

I'd be calling animal control if i were you. They're trained for this business. Don't go jacking with no mofo rattlesnake.

THIS WOULD BE THE CORRECT ANSWER!!! Unless your really, really good with a gun. Rattlers are not something you want to mess with yourself unless you absolutely have to.

Living in rural Texas means you have a gun, right? Go to your pickup truck, take the rifle off the rack and just shoot that fucker.

If you can't handle that, go to The Home Depot parking lot and hire some Mexican to do it for you.

This one is from Stephenville, TX. We had one nearly this big in our yard. (We're in rural West Tx also) My husband took it out with a shotgun. Have you done an EPresley caricature yet?

I don't think it's really a law. Just what our parents told us to keep us out of the rattlesnakes.
