Grunge is making a comeback!

Postby eightiesbaby80 » Wed Oct 27, 2010 3:37 am

If you like Nickelback and 3 Doors Down you’ve got to check out Default! I just got their song on Amazon for free!! http://amzn.to/aMdhGu
So once you listen, and decide you love it (like me!) Amazon has a great deal, the WHOLE ALBUM for $2.99! I would definitely say it’s worth it! http://amzn.to/cETp3Y
Let me know what you guys think of this band! :)

3 Dorks Down ain't grunge. Lame.

Grunge never went away, but I wish it would. Enough with the goat man vocals, already.

I check out the Amazon daily deal all the time, they have some steals on there sometimes. I downloaded the new Gin Blossoms album on there a few weeks ago for $3.99, it is a really good album too.

I really like "Wasting My Time," but I don't think this new free download song is very good. To each his own though.

You and I would get along well Lt - we got a lot of music in common. The New GB album is good, but the last one, Major Lodge Victory was even better imo. But yeah, that $3.99 deal was great.

I agree totally "Major Lodge Victory" was a killer album, one of my favorites of the 2000's, I played the shit out of that album, still do actually. Love the songs "Someday Soon" and "Super Girl"

I'm sure if we compared music collections there would be a lot of the same items Matt!

I doubt it is still going for 3.99, as it was during it's daily deal on Amazon, that is the main reason I check the deal of the day every day! Still worth picking up the album though, the song "Miss Dissaray" is an addictive little song.

I'm downloading it as I type this - I hate grunge but I'm open to giving Default a try...IMO, I consider Nickelback and 3 Doors Down to be the better rock groups of the last decade, however neither is grunge :? :?

how about matchbox 20,creed and staind? i do think both of those bands are in a similar style to nickelback,3 doors down, default, etc. i remember creed was huge in the early part of the decade and had like three straight ten million selling albums before vanishing.

i think default and all the others might be labled post grunge or something similar.
