One of two things will happen, you will learn to ignore it or you'll be driven away by it. I really used to hate that stuff, and I've complained about it too, but I've grown to ignore it because it's just boys trying to be funny (in their own screwed up kind of way) and entertain each other. I barely notice it anymore. It's all for effect. I'm of the opinion that they don't actually speak to women that way for real. I've not heard B or SJ do it and I haven't met Dean, but I'm pretty much figuring he wouldn't either. I say we all clique together and just enjoy the friends we have. I have no qualms against the fact I made friends here. I don't deny it nor am I ashamed of it. I think like you say if we have a tiff we get it over Pm it and move on. Not all personalities on a board are going to click. Some will clash, but all can get along in the long run.

I think Deano has done enough and Ari too to get the peace pipe smoking. Now it is up to Blueskies to take the constructive criticism and learn from it.
