The embargo has lifted for Wonder Woman (thanks, v! Didn't know this.) And these aren't twitter people. These are critics. So far, every review I saw loved the movie tenfold. The DCEU needs momentum so this is GREAT news in the early going.

SWEET! People need to relax. It's all happening. Changes are bound to be made but Wonder Woman is big and coming in just a few weeks and Justice League will be huge either way. After Justice League the DCEU will be full throttle with confirmation and announcements of actors (Green Lantern), directors (Superman; Flash) and possibly release dates. Don't forget about Comic Con in July, which I expect to be Justice League heavy.

Heartbreaking stuff has just happened. Zack Snyder has stepped down from Justice League and will hand it over to Joss Whedon to finish after Zack's daughter committed suicide. Zack assured that him handing the baton over to Whedon will have Justice League done in time and that Joss will film a few additional new scenes in London in summer and paint Justice League with a the broad stroke that Zack has set up. Tragic for Zack and his family, especially how brutally fucked the internet can be. I wish Zack and his family nothing but the best. I always thought the dude was amazing.

Couldn't believe it when the THR article dropped an hour ago. How horrible. Nobody had any idea, save those closest to Zack (which includes the cast of JL, I presume, and Patty and WB execs). I wish the Snyders the best during their time of grief.

But what might that next Wonder Woman adventure look like? Jenkins revealed that she definitely wants her to come to America, but at the same time evolve and expand her heroic reach, so to speak. "I think it's very important that she goes on to be a very international superhero," Jenkins said. "I can't wait to bring her to America as well."

One thing we were curious about was what Diana, aka Wonder Woman, was up to in the years between her World War I-set solo film and present day. Could a Wonder Woman sequel potentially explore that time period, and perhaps reveal other historic conflicts she assisted in? According to Jenkins, that seems like it might be the direction they're heading in, assuming a sequel moves forward.

"It's something that one will know soon," she said. "Like, what she has been doing all of these years, but it's definitely something I have thought a lot about."

Zack and Joss are two entirely different directors for sure. It will be interesting to see if Whedon's scenes make the JL cut or if styles clash, but I think Joss will respect Snyder's film and not deviate from much, if at all. Whedon is basically running the last 10ft of the film to put it across the finish line. His fingerprints will all be but a faded pinker finger when all said and done, but it will be interesting nonetheless. I hope Snyder returns to the DCEU later on down the road.

Sorry all you fappers, Justice League looks tres lame. It would have been smart to do a Legion of Doom movie. You could have had Clint Howard, Ron's brother, as Mister Mxyzptlk.

Saw the trailer for JL...great effects, lame plot.

Then go throw your money at Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and watch a bunch of stereotypes wash-and-wax the usual tropes and square off against a talking mudball.
