Every time, you'd give me the excuse of "oh, I sent it out in the mail... must have gotten lost. I'll cancel that one and send you another". Funny how not one of those cancelled checks ever made it to me. Not to mention the time I drove for FIVE hours to my one and only rehearsal with the band, only to show up and have you leave 20 minutes after I got there because you were crying about you're eye bothering you. Yet I quit because you weren't giving me enough attention?

Who haven't you threatened to sue? Barry, your ex-drummer, members of the Annex? Who else, Kenny?

Whatever floats your boat big man.

Jim, our "previous keyboardist" was Chad Campbell, who still plays with us. He was diagnosed with MS at the time.

And yeah, I avoided you at every turn cause you are the neediest bastard I've ever seen. You would call me 5 times a day, at work, leaving me messages about stupid shit like which patch you should use on a song, or could I get you somebody's phone number. I dreaded seeing your name show up on my phone, you called me so much. Then you'd start leaving messages with my wife, trying to get her to get me to call you. You think I wanted to talk to you, you miserable fuck? S sorry, it took me a week or so to send out your stupid checks....let's make that the life changing event that it must have been for you and properly recommend you seek therapy. I've threatened to sue two people, both who emailed slanderous information to people I do business with, and one additionally for stealing money from me. I think that's pretty well within my rights, except both people lived with their mother or other type situation and didn't have shit worth suing for.

So in conclusion, why don't ya just fuck off? Nobody cares about this as much as you possibly do, and I didn't bait you one fucking bit. So go disappear a while and let your image rehabilitate, then come back here and just stay the fuck away from me, "K?"

Wrong. The keyboardist I replaced was Jonathan. Yeah, I'd ignore someone I lied to and owed money to also. Great way to do business. And no, I won't fuck off. Were you not kicked off of another website for threatening to sue everyone?

Do I owe you money Jim? Do I owe you any fucking money? Then fuck off, for real this time. And I've never been kicked off any websites, and I mentioned above the only two times that was a concern of mine.

I'm done with ya simpleton. Go aggrevate other people who've tried to help you out or work with you only to be targeted by your little 9 year old schoolyard bitch fests. I hope you really get a taste for those meds, cocksucker.

OK OK, actually he's a great guy........EXCEPT for the tears for fears.

So, screw you Jana! hahaha ;) This little fight is making me wanna listen to Megadeth, RARRRRGH! ;)

One thing that sticks out to me about this catfight is the dragging of the feet when it came to paying your people. If someone claims to be in charge of the accounting, then one of the main things you better be on top of is paying your people ON TIME. And using the fact that you were too busy or other people being too miserable to be around as your excuse for taking your time to pay them is bullshit. Before you do anything else, pay your people on time. And guess what….when people get paid, they tend to be less miserable to be around. See how that works?
