Yeah, one would think so! Well, now everybody can celebrate the rain, with a beer! :D

We've just had heaps of rain. It was really nice. Summer is very strange this year. I have to say I don't mind the milder weather though.

It's Australia Day today. Holiday for most people and a really nice day.

Can you, Penny, send some of that wet stuff over here, as we need it badly to put out those horrible bushfires.

I can't think of holidays right now. I got my vacation forms from work, and I don't know which week to pick. It's really bad when you have so little life outside of work that you can't even pick a vacation week.

Yeah I am freezing as well... I am tempted to put the heater up another notch!
Care for a shot of rum in that chocolatemilk?

Ah well, it is warm in the bar, we have a good band playing and we can always pretend it is summer. ;)

I'll trade some heat to you. Winter's been very strange. Probably the warmest it's ever been for Maine. There've been a few cold spells, but for the most part, has stayed around 0 degrees (in celcius. That's wayyyy above normal.)

You call that heat? That is about the same temp as it has been here this month, and we're freezing! The weather does seem off in many parts of the world these days though.

Boy, just watched the Whitesnake 1983 concert DVD... nice pants Coverdale is wearing! Those jeans are tight! Inspired by Robert Plant's from the Song Remains The Same? Bobbi mentioned something about it being possible to read the annual rings on his balls...
And then I saw John Lord doing his organ solo... and he was wearing pants just as tight!!! I did not want to see that! Typical that DC's first words on the DVD were 'ere's a song for ya'. I didn't see that one coming!

Other than that I liked the DVD very much, thanks SnakeLady! ;)

Yeah, I call that warm. At least 10 degrees above normal. As long as the wind wasn't blowing, I didn't need a coat yesterday. :P

Brrrr, I am freezing over just reading that! I wear multiple sweaters, a coat and gloves outside in these temperatures! But I am quite pathetic when it comes to cold. As long as it's below 25C (80F) I still wear long sleeves!

Thanks for the rain Pennny, it was very helpful. Most of these fires were started by bored firefighters.

Iritis feels like Satan has rubbed his strongest under-the-counter chilli paste into your eyeball....seriously the last 10 days of my life have been so painful.
Its sort of an inflamation of the eyeball...and its linked to my arthritis problem i believe.

Hoping you will feel better soon  Have you tried sunglasses for the light? So that it doesn´t hurt so much when light falls in to your eyes?

Yeah, that's a good point Dog.....actually the drum kit was the one and only thing we put on a credit card......it's half paid off now, anyway.
I'll give Mark a call.
