Because the goalie counts, dipshit, and they had an open net! You can't throw in your own personal caveats like "Not including the power play team's goalie ..." The Blackhawks had 5 men on the ice and the Thrashers 6. Case closed. If that doesn't equate to an "advantage" for the Thrashers (shooting at an open goal with the same amount of skaters), and we're to use your very skewed logic, why don't teams just start without a fucking goalie?!?! They'd be on a "power play" according to you.
