A murderer is behind the bars. Fair & Square. She lied more than once. She even blamed an innocent person once. That right there shows her character.

those who show all this sympathy for Knox , wouldn't give a damn if Knox was a black guy.

She threw her employer under the bus without a second thought, the bitch. And what about the Kercher family? They're the ones who lost a daughter yet everyone is feeling sorry for this little wench.

Well ok!!!
I feel very sad for the Kercher family and I very much wanted justice for them
and their deceased child, but I also wanted everyone to get this right!!! I'm just not completely
convinced...there's that shadow of a doubt for me. Things may clear up once the movie
comes out!!

You have this shadow of doubt cause she doesn't fit the murder category. As I said , had it been a guy and a black guy , then you wouldn't have any doubts cause he would fit the "role" better.

I think he means that the people who are feeling sorry for Knox are feeling sorry for her b/c she's an innocent looking cutie pie. Had she not been cuddly cute, those same people wouldn’t care if the courts fried her tomorrow.

I agree. You can't judge a book by it's cover. Happens all too often...

There's really zero evidence to tie Knox to the murder. Other than some really bizarre behavior on her part, this case seems to be a no brainer.

-The only evidence found on the victim's body came from Rudy Guede. There is a recorded conversation of him admitting to being at the scene of the crime, but he never once mentions anyone else being there, but goes so far as to say he knows of Amanda Knox. Seems to me that if he knew who she was he would have also mentioned she was there. This is the only time he was able to speak freely because he did not know he was being recorded. It was only months later after being locked up that he suddenly remembered Knox and Sollecito being there.

-If indeed this "sex game" was played out in a blood spattered room, then why was there not one physical trace from them on the victim's body? No prints, no hair, no other DNA, nothing under Kercher's finger nails...zero. Every single prominent DNA expert that was suppressed from testifying wanted to state that killers always leave behind some sort of DNA at the crime scene. And there was an awful struggle as the evidence suggested. It was a horrific crime scene. But I'm to believe that 2 stoned lovers with no criminal history decided to thrill kill and pulled off the crime without leaving any DNA?

-6 weeks after realizing they had come up with zero evidence against Knox and Sollecito the prosecution (led by a powerful Italian prosecutor who is under indictment for professional misconduct) came up with Sollecito's DNA on Kercher's bra strap. Suspect...at best.

-The main evidence was the supposed murder weapon found at Sollecito's house...a knife. The prosecution painted the knife as a smoking gun because it had Knox's DNA on it and a trace amount of "other" DNA on it that "may" have been Kercher's...or anyone of thousands of other people's. And this "DNA" was only found after "repeated" testing from a sample many experts deemed too small to judge with any degree of certainty. And the knife was all but proven to not even be close to the one left in a bloody outline at the crime scene and it didn't match the entry wounds to the victim. Here's what one of Italy's most reknowned forenic experts said: Dr. Carlo Torre, a leading forensics expert in Italy, testified that the knife taken from Sollecito's apartment wouldn't have made the wounds on Kercher's body.

-Some more lovely forensics: "In the [crime scene] video, you can see it went from being white in color to nearly black because it got so dirty being moved around," Bremner said of the clasp, noting that tainted the only evidence that placed Sollecito at the scene.

Bremner described other errors she saw on the crime scene video. "They were putting their fingers in Kercher's wound, they were shaking out evidence, picking up hairs and dropping them," she said. "Some people didn't wear gloves or had their hair draping on the floor, they crashed into a window at one point and threw aside evidence. It was just wrong on all levels."

-The problem here is that you have a really corrupt fucker in Mignini prosecuting the case and a shitty system that is derived from the old days of the inquisition where you are presumed guilty and have to prove your innocence.

No, nothing about this has been fair and square.

As for the other comment Bullshit! If this WAS a black guy there would be riots in the streets and Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton screaming about false charges and so on and so forth. The evidence in this case isn't even 10% of what they had against O.J. If Amanda Knox was a black man this case would have been thrown out as soon as it got started with the crap the prosecution has pulled. The threatening of the parents alone is off the charts.

Now she may be guilty... but there is far more than a shadow of a doubt that she is not guilty. This entire affair has been a mess and all I can say is that I would never want to live in Italy and have any crime committed anywhere near me because the resounding chorus of this case has been "Guilty by Proximity".

Where is detective Goren when you need him!

She is a liar. That's more than enough evidence. She blamed it on her boss and said he did it , when she knew damn well her boss wasn't even in the house where Kercher was murdered.
Let the bitch serve the time for the commited crime.

Zedul , try to pay attention to the point ,,, I'm not predicting the outcome , had it been a black guy. I'm just saying those who show this girl so much sympathy , wouldn't give a damn or ounce of sympathy , has she been a black guy instead. Your post further proves my point. Sure, Jessie & Al wouldve gotten involved long tine ago. But the average "SaintJohn & MichiganGirl"s wouldve not shown any sympathy to the black dude.

That's what sucks about being tried for anything in a foreign country. She never stood a chance of getting anything other than convicted. Whether she is guilty or innocent is not something that would be properly decided by a jury in a place like that. My guess is that the jury had already convicted her before the trial even began. The deliberations were just window dressing to make the process look credible.

This chick should have been given time just for implicating her boss, on top of everything else. I believe the dude even got put in the slammer for a little bit until his alibi cleared him.

Its not a big surprise that most who are in a court of law are crooks and liars. That still doesnt redeem her from killing that poor girl. You cant just assume and say that because the prosecutor in this case was convicted, everyone ha prosecuted is innocent.....Two wongs dont make right ;)
