'bama offensive coordinator doesn't go conservative after 24-6 lead - it would be a blowout now.

Too many years watching the clowns has made you loopy....

Coulda shoulda woulda, fact of the matter is Bama's lucky to make it out of this game alive on account of a very green QB.

I feel terrible for McCoy - to end your collegiate career like that on this huge stage during this huge moment is the stuff of nightmares for athletes, especially when the guy has never missed a game for injury before!

I agree.

Gilbert played an impressive game for a freshman. Congrats to 'Bama and the SEC.

What the fuck is my Vulcan side? I don't watch Star Trek

If Bama relaxed with a lead, then that's their own fault for not keepin the intensity. I don't know how you can say Texas was "lucky" in any way, shape, or form after losing McCoy on the first drive.

You don't ever pull back period. I was always taught that you get even more intense when you have a lead. That's when your opponent(s) is/are most dangerous... "the wounded bears" ;)

Maybe they did, maybe they didn't... did you tap into their headsets or use your Vulcan skills to read their minds? If they did, then as I said, that is their fault. Calling Texas lucky at any point during this game is laughable.

It was a great game!!! Congrats on another SEC National Championship-4 in a row now!!!! And E-Matt-man, please. Stop drinking the Hator-ade for a few minutes and realize that really Texas wasnt that inferior as you called them...even without McCoy this team didnt miss a beat. They played hard and made it a game but in the end-either with or without Colt-the better team won, and won by 16 points!!!
