I think LeBrick is gonna stay in Cleveland and have no chance at a title for a few years (2-3). The current roster has absolutely no leadersip or heart.

Really? Still have to beat LA nd that is never happening with Kobe Bryant on the Lakers. Besides, Miami isn't getting all three anyway.

Really? Boston was a Kendrick Perkins injury away from beating L.A.

Horseshit. Boston lost, period. What part of "scoreboard" don't you fucking understand? The scorebord NEVER lies.

Instead of saying it was a Perkins injury, how about the fact Allen played terribly as well as their fucking point guard, Rondo? Your excuses are laughable.

Kobe goes all John Starks in the final game and the Lakers still win. The difference being Los Angeles played as a team and when Bryant's shooting went south, he compensated by hitting the boards and finding other ways to contribute like a true leader would. Boston's lack of killer instinct showed at the end when they couldn't finish the kill.

Scoreboard doesn't concern itself with if, should, would or was. All it cares about are the numbers.

L.A. 83
Boston 79

Listen you piece of elephant scrotum....L.A. was lucky that Allen went 0-13 in game 3, or they would've lost the series 4-1. Add the fact that they lost Perkins's inside presence in 6 & 7...and there's your series....

Seriously Deano....scoreboard never lies? Tell that to Armando Galarraga....you're fucking pathetic.

Oh I'm full of shit? You know what's pathetic? Your lame excuses EVERY time your team LOSES. Always what if, or should have been. Enough already. Dude, if you are seriously trying to tell me or anyone on this board that Perkins injury actually cost them the series, I don't think you'll have any people agreeing with you. Seriously, your lame excuses are ridiculous.

Oh and as far as Galarraga goes, the scoreboard still told the truth. YOU are the one who is pathetic.

And L.A. was a "healthy Andrew Bynum" away from sweeping the Celtics.

Watching all this LeBron junk makes me glad to be a Suns and Steve Nash fan...I don't care if Nash never wins the big one, he can know he busted his ass and did it with class... This entire thing is one of the most self promoting thing I have ever seen in sports....I'm guessing Magic Johnson is kicking himself for not thinking of this back in the day!

Good post, but we can go further. I'd say if Kobe Bryant made all of his shots in the first two LA losses, LA would have swept too. Also, if Pau Gasol would have had a triple double in every game, LA would have won every game. I blame the Celtics losses on the poor officiating...see it was obviously tilted towards LA, right? The refs cost Boston a championship.

Excuses excuses. The only game in which the scoreboard lied, was the 1972 Summer Olympics, when the USA got robbed on a calculated inside referee job, giving the USSR a "win." The Olympic committee admitted to wrongdoing. S2M is a complete joke when it comes to sports arguing. Always has an excuse as to why his team didn't win. Always has an excuse ready to go, just in case. Just gets tiring trying to argue with the guy; he makes absolutely zero sense.

Dean, get over yourself, seriously....There is a definite difference between Gasol getting a triple-douoble in every game, and Allen pitching an O-fer. Allen never goes pointless. Even if he went 3-13 celts would have won that game....you can't use stats that are subjective, and arbitrary, no matter how much you want to appear intelligent. Gasol would never, HAS never had a triple-double in 7 consecutive games....Allen went from setting a record for made 3s one game, to going ABSOLUTELY cold the next....ANOMALY, plain and simple.....And when has Kobe EVER made ALL his shots? Dude is a chucker....he'd have to go 32-32 most nights....

I get it. You can't stand me. I couldn't care less.....

To that end, why not just add up every player's average points per game for the regular season, and whoever has the most points wins...no refs needed!

You know how fucking dumb you look here? Ok, so Allen never does an O-fer, but then again, he rarely ever does what he did when he set the record that one game for 3's, and they barely won. It's the SAME argument, which is, excuses are lame. If I said "if Allen doesn't make the 11-11 or whatever it was 3 point shots, Boston loses"- I would sound like you do. It's just ridiculous how you argue.

Oh and as far as standing you, I could care less. You are a pompous excuse ridden pussy. Always whining about a call YOUR team didn't get. It's nauseating.

I detect a bit of sarcasm in your post, and you make a good case, but to the BOTH of you-

Where is the banner being hung next year? Los Angeles. Not Phoenix, not Boston.

Scoreboard.

Oh, and I HATE the Lakers too.

it's kind of funny and it goes back to the LaBron stuff in a way, but you are right...when the chips were down and it mattered Kobe Bryant took the Lakers on his back and pushed them past Phoenix....it pains me to say it and it broke my heart but that is what the great do... and that is where the banner will hang.

As for 'King LaBron" when his chips were down, he folded...sulked and acted like he didn't want to be there...Good luck to the team that dumps that payroll into that...

I'm not saying that you can't be great and not win a championship...some of it is timing as well...I think Charles Barkly, Malone, Stockton, Nash etc. laid it all on the line and just came up short. There is not a damn thing you can do about that...but to fade off and seem disinterested in cruch time? And follow that up with some free agency freenzy? Really? A real turn off if you ask me....I hope he goes to Miami, plays second fiddle to Wade and still gets beat!

What a douchebag. He has already gone on record saying he doesn't expect Cleveland to act "respectful" towards him.

I hope he never wins...although I'm proud my Celtics made sure he never won one in a Cavaliers' uniform.

So...when's the next major sports championship for the Mistake by the Lake? I'm thinking, oh...two thousand and NEVER. Ha ha!
But around town, it was well known...when they got home at night
Their fat and psychopathic wives
Would thrash them within inches of their lives!
