Average what? Singer? He's pretty solid, actually. Bass player? Billy is a phenom in the world of rock bass. And he's also one-third of the excellent fusion trio Niacin, who don't put out an album often enough for my liking. Billy keeps getting distracted by some other band he's in that got back together, and drummer Dennis Chambers is constantly in demand as a sessioner and touring drummer. The dude is amazing.

Anyway, somebody needs to do their homework. :)

Yep, Billy is THE BEST bass player in the world now that Marcel Jacob(RIP) isnt amongst us !
