Thanks Linda! I watched for that all day and gave up! Talk about LAST MINUTE!! I am a bit annoyed with how they are handling this, especially with our dates being the first!! I like when we are in August, and I can watch them iron stuff out with sales!! I don't see prices though!! Do you??

Worried the tape might wear out before they get to your town?

We're second on the list... I see that as a plus :P And I believe Joe does sing... i believe they enhance him and maybe even pipe in something along with his singing, but he DOES sing. He sounds too bad for it to all be lipped :P I think it benefits us to hear Heart and DL in their second concert. But I just don't like being the "first" to have to buy tickets until they get their bugs ironed out :x

Yeah, we're lucky! For some reason central Florida is always on their list. Just never first on the list. Usually they like coming here in August, when the humidity at an outdoor concert mimics HELL!

Awe!!! I wish I could! I did see Journey in Dallas once! I think maybe you were there, and met Rick? Was that you? But we missed out! Rick was one section over from us I think! I wish I could afford to travel more this year! Once for a Journey gathering maybe!! :)

Ok, got the 4star... no glitches... can't wait to see both bands again! I'm actually fine with Kansas bailing, because it means Heart will have a bigger set! :)

Here's an article about Def Leppard's live album (new tracks are named "Undefeated," "All About Believin'" and "Kings of the World"). And nice to see a classy comment from Joe Elliott...

http://www.billboard.com/news/...all-1005054212.story

Def Leppard plans to play "Mirrorball's" new songs when it hits the road starting June 7 in Belfast, Ireland. The group will play the Download Festival on June 10 in the U.K., then begins a North American run through the summer that will include a series of dates with Heart, who Elliott says "I'm going to want to stand at the side of the set and watch them play every night."

How much were the 4 star? What band site did you go through? Lep just posted the Detroit show, Aug. 17th!
Definitely looking forward to seeing Heart for the 1st time. :D Should be a much better show w/o Kansas.

For our venue it was $195... but for some venue's it was $175. I guess it depends on what the venue costs for them? I have no idea why the difference!! But the best seat tickets will go for $149 with ticketmaster, so to me, it's worth the extra money to be guaranteed the first 20 rows. ILAA is GREAT at getting their 4 stars the best they can, especially if you are ordering within the first several minutes! I've always had good luck with them. That $149 ticketmaster can be crappy seats!!! I know because that's what I paid for Bon Jovi, and we are on the floor in the back, far from the stage. They only have very expensive fan club tickets for their front rows, and I did a presale for those crappy seats too! And ordered them in the first minute they went on sale. I am very happy with how Def Lep handles their fans!! People who complain have no idea!!!

Sounds great! Didn't know they would be putting new songs on the live album and performing them too.

$325 for the 5 star meet & greet! Yikes! So, 2 tickets would be $650. Now, if they could bring Steve Clark back from the abyss I would pay for that reason only. I think I'll pass on that. Lynn, what show in Florida you seeing?

They don't even guarantee a meet and greet actually! But that's why we did the 4 star. It's more affordable, not far from the regular ticket prices, and they will be guaranteed good seats. We are going to the Tampa one!
