Thanks, it'll be a month on Friday. :D

Yeah, congratulations on the one month milestone. I know what it's like breaking a habit. Last month was my five year anniversary of when I quit my two gallons of coffee a day habit that I had for damn near twenty years. My life revolved around coffee back then. First thing in the morning I would wake up to get at 4:30am, drinking it continuously throughout the day and getting my last cup in by about 5pm. Since going "cold turkey", only once did I have a coffee beverage, it was an ice coffee a few years ago when our plane was delayed a few hours at Narita, but I was already pissed off because we were coming back to America. I always get pissed off during that specific portion of the trips.
I've never eaten a piece of sushi I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

I just bought a Blu disposable. So far it seems like a weak hit. I've used it 3 times tonight in place of a regular cig. Seems ok, but like I said not quite strong enough. I, however am intrigued by this idea and am going to experiment more. BTW, because of my limited smoking opportunities and having to sneak around at work, I tend to be a heavy hitter, meaning my breaks are short, but I hit the cig pretty hard and smoke half in about 2 minutes. I've become a classic hot boxer. I normally only smoke a cig about 1/2 to 2/3 down before I get paranoid and put it out at work. Then on the walk back into the building I'm chewing gum and heading to the restroom to wash my hands and freshen up. Crazy way to live, but I love to smoke. Actually, I'm a drug addict. :(

So they want to ban the vapor smokes but no one does anything about
people blowing hot air all day from their pie holes?
I protest!

What a coincidence. I was just scrolling the boards to see any posts that I have missed and I came across this thread. I just now, literally seconds ago, read the directions from this blu-sig stuff and have the pack charging as we speak for my mom. She bought the tiny pack for about, $40.00 and it comes with 4 cigarette-like puffers. Supposedly, one of the 4 is approximately one pack of cigarettes, containing about 250 puffs a pack. Interesting..

Good work, FF! I'll defiantly update. Right now, she's getting use to the taste, but she's doing it. Her health certainly depends on it...

Let me know how she like them Travis. I'm working on week 9 being cig free. :)

Kudos! Keep it up. I quit for 10 years and then took it up again for 2 years. Have quit again for 5 years. It's still hard not to smoke but I don't want to be carrying oxygen around with me when I get older. Those people look so miserable. Sad...
