Last time was in South Bend, IA. Not a real easy city to get in and out of for travelers. Some flew straight in there, but a lot of people were flying into Chicago and driving. Might as well just do it in Chicago.

No wonder we didnt see you there,,, you went to the wrong fucking state.....

Chicago may be easier to fly into, but South Bend is easier to get around. plus the cheaper hotels in SB makes up for the diff you pay for the flight.
And of course if in SB , I will be the Airport shuttle like last time,,,, only flaw with SB , as Lynn mentioned, lack of restaurants.....

Aha! the first clue of MR FEST 2 ..... if you go from Texas and turn right of the Mississippi, you're heading for New Orleans

New Orleans will never be the same,,,,,If New Orleans thought Katrina was bad, wait till they get a taste of Wombat and his children ....

Aha! the first clue of MR FEST 2 ..... if you go from Texas and turn right of the Mississippi, you're heading for New Orleans

New Orleans will never be the same,,,,,If New Orleans thought Katrina was bad, wait till they get a taste of Wombat and his children ....

And if MR2 were in New Orleans, Bjg would not be there. Blech! Chicago is all nice and centrally located. I might have an ulterior motive. But STILL. I'm looking out for y'all. This way, no one has to fly coast to any kind of coast. We're just converging in the middle! See, fair for everyone. (Especially me.)

Didn't think SB was that accessible... again like has been said, no restaurants, not much ELSE to do. Chicago would have more amenities that would be appealing across the board, more hotel choices, more transporation choices, and not one but two airports to choose from.

Same could be said for LA. I imagine you also deal with the cost of flying in the bands, so don't know whether or not that's a factor to consider too. I'm sure venue costs are higher in major cities tho.

San Diego maybe? just a thought...throwing it out there...
