And they got 2 goals in the first 10 minutes against the Bruins WITHOUT Crosby :)

Gee, no too hard to guess why YOU are rooting for a team in Buttfuck Alabama. Oregon is a western school, and yet YOU feel the need to root fore all that is evil in the SEC.

Who said I was rooting for them? I was just announcing the touchdown. Truth be told-I really don't care who wins.

A couple points so far-

1- Newton can't throw the ball for shit. No way is he a NFL QB.

2- Oregon is being too cute. Kelly sucks as a coach, IMO..too many gimmicks..they are faster than Auburn, play em straight up and you'll win.

3- Question. Oregon attempted a "handoff" on the attempted reverse play off the kickoff. The dude actually "pitched" the ball to his teammate...now, he pitched it going forward...isn't that an illegal play? Think about this one.

4- Oregon just throws for 85 yd play...fuckin A they can run.

Absolutely it's illegal.

Seriously, doesn't Oregon look like they're late for a game of laser tag at the local arcade?

As long as we're talking illegalities, what about spiking the ball? Technically, the ball is supposed to cross the line of scrimmage, right? Also, the QB is supposed to be outside the tackles, he isn't. IMO, spiking the ball should be grounding.

yes.

The NFL made it legal because the QB is not trying to avoid a sack but preserve time. That's why there's no intentional grounding calls.

Great game with a great tempo. I like Oregon's style and I can't believe their matching up well against Auburn, whose certainly much bigger and should use their ground game to manhandle them at the line of scrimmage. Oregon plays really fast and they're great open field tacklers because of their closing speed. Very good game but this triple option shit and all that running around all over the place is giving me a damn head-ache. That's why I hate college football, their offensive systems are so repetitive.

I hear you on the shotgun handoff BS...Some pro teams do that as well...I hate it personally.

On the other hand, some Pro teams do the basic 22 dive, 34 off tackle and 3rd down pass incomplete....BOTH leagues have their issues.

Dude...you'll NEVER EVER EVER hear me defend the Pro Bowl. That game is as big of an abomination as the fucking Cool Ranch Doritos Bowl. In fact, the only "All Star" game that doesn't completely suck is the MLB All Star Game, and even that isn't as good as it used to be.

Oh yeah, that was bad.
I remember watching that game at Buffalo Wild Wings, thinking they couldn't settle for just blow a 3 games to nothing lead. They had to put the proverbial cherry on top by blowing a 3-0 lead in game 7.
