Last week at this time I had not heard the likes of this one in a good ten years, been thick and heavy

w2, your 24 hour Friga channel is affecting you. :) You just told GB "not" to post chick pics? Celtic chicks, lez or not are always welcome. :D

As to the kid, I think that's "Data" from The Goonies.

Classic flick from the good ol' days.

"Hey, you guys!"

I'm jealous TripleS. I saw Leon Russell back in the 70's and the "Ragin' Cajun" Doug Kershaw several times at Summerfest in Milwaukee, but I never saw Dr. John live. I'm sure it will be a great show. Now I'd really love to see the three of them perform together. That would be awesome!

Doug Kershaw played harder and had more energy than musicians half his age. His were some of the best live performances I've seen by any type of musician anywhere. He always looked like he was having a ball on stage. My favorite part of his show was after he played his fiddle so hard that all the strings of his bow were broken, he'd play with the wooden piece around back and wrap the bow hair over top, hold the two together and keep on playing. amazing!. Thanks for posting makes me want some mudbugs, red beans and rice and a tall hurricane.

Johnny Winter looks like he's ready to drop, but the man can still play. Should be a great festival.
