If he just could have been able to get some sleep he would have never died and he would have lived on for eternity.

I can only imagine what seeing the concert tour would have been like. Talk about a production!

Saw this yesterday. Wow. Just WOW.

MJ was a truly magical person. You just can't take your eyes off him. Throughout the whole thing, I just kept thinking HE SHOULD NOT BE DEAD!!! All of the talk of him being too weak to perform or unable to sing are just absurd. He was in top form - voice, dance, energy, direction... you name it. This would have been the show of the century had it come to fruition.

No doubt - although I could start posting a play-by-play of the movie, or MJ YouTubes, or something

Like Cyndy & BJG said, the movie is great. The music is great. The dancing is great. I do recommend going to see it. Earlier, when I said my stomach was in knots & I didn't know whether to cry or throw up, that wasn't meant as a negative towards the content of the movie. That was a personal reaction based on envy. I dance & I didn't see anything on the screen that I can't dance myself so I was kind of beating myself up for dropping the ball on that one. I knew about the concert & auditions & I should have at least tried, but I chickened out b/c Michael is such a legend. I'm regretting that now.

The movie itself is not depressing. It's a positive look into the making of MJ's concerts. Do go see it. You won't be sorry. It's highly inspirational.

Ps. to Cyndy: I caught that grin as well & I had the same impression you did. MJ truly loved being a performer & pleasing his audience. Despite the controversy that surrounded him, he was a good man with a big heart.
Did you make out with harry in the theater when you watched it,? i bet you guys fingers were all greasy from sharing the popcorn and shit

It's Brandon, not Harry & "nope" to the rest of what you asked.

Saw it today. I'll echo what others have said....WOW!!! What a show that would have been. Great movie. I didn't get teary eyed until they were rehearsing the Jackson 5 music. So sad.

I'd say at his peak he was but definitely not the last several years! One thing that bugs me is I hear his music ALL the time now! I heard PYT on the radio today, and I haven't heard that in YEARS. It's so weird to me that it wasn't okay for them to play his music ever again until he died. Ridiculous and sad really.
