I can only imagine what seeing the concert tour would have been like. Talk about a production!

I am an eternal flame who can't be extinguished. While you will die ( as soon as I get this stake carved and find your coffin ) I will live forever.

You might want to tone down the makeup and get a leg wax.

Go! - you won't regret it.
As for all you OT peeps - go fight somewhere else - I can finally claim a multi-page thread and half of it is bickering about crap.

Like Cyndy & BJG said, the movie is great. The music is great. The dancing is great. I do recommend going to see it. Earlier, when I said my stomach was in knots & I didn't know whether to cry or throw up, that wasn't meant as a negative towards the content of the movie. That was a personal reaction based on envy. I dance & I didn't see anything on the screen that I can't dance myself so I was kind of beating myself up for dropping the ball on that one. I knew about the concert & auditions & I should have at least tried, but I chickened out b/c Michael is such a legend. I'm regretting that now.
The movie itself is not depressing. It's a positive look into the making of MJ's concerts. Do go see it. You won't be sorry. It's highly inspirational.
Ps. to Cyndy: I caught that grin as well & I had the same impression you did. MJ truly loved being a performer & pleasing his audience. Despite the controversy that surrounded him, he was a good man with a big heart.

I'd say at his peak he was but definitely not the last several years! One thing that bugs me is I here his music ALL the time now! I heard PYT on the radio today, and I haven't heard that in YEARS. It's so weird to me that it wasn't okay for them to play his music ever again until he died. Ridiculous and sad really.
