It all depends what kind you get. Tombstone isn't bad... California Pizza Kitchen is decent too if you like thin crust (I'd rather have good crust).

Actually Modess brand extralong with wings are the best.

I like as a rare treat the Freshetta frozen pizza. Just a slice with a salad. The crust and toppings are better than most take out around here.

But I am trying to be good and eat fish........I don't care for fish much. I eat tillapia and salmon a great deal, not because they are my favorite, but because they are more affordable on a budget. I treat myself to orange roughy ....but it is expensive to get here.......$10.00 for two fillets. I really like that kind though. I also eat tuna on crackers....or on a salad. I figure if I eat enough I can learn to swim. Lord knows I should be growing gills by now!

Care to share your recipes? I need to eat more fish, but I don't know how to cook it. I'm sick of tuna sandwiches & the only other fish I know how to cook is fattening fried, batter dipped lake perch. Delicious, but unhealthy. I need some healthy alternatives.

Here is one: Parmesan fish

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
2 tablepoons milk ( 2%)
4 orange roughy or catfish fillets ( 4 oz. each)

In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, flour paprika , salt and pepper. In another bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip fish fillets into egg mixture then coat with the Parmesan mixture. Arrange in a greased 13in. x 9 in. x 2 inch. baking dish . Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yeild 4 searvings.

Nutritional facts 1 serving eqals 154 calories, 5 g of fat (2 sat. fat) 83 mg cholesterol, 382 mgs of sodium 4 grams of carbs. 22 grams of protien.

This comes from my Tastes of home contest winning light recipes book. :D

I will pm you more if you wish.

use a small amount of sesame oil in a skillet, and it can be both healthy and fried. The sesame ads flavor too, and is more of a good cholesterol. Because of the small amount needed.
