So technically you're not AT work if you always end up a mile away from your place of work. :P  ;)

 After all the damn goodies over the holidays I need to run a mile or ten every day

+1.

My husband gave me The Biggest Loser for the Wii and my kids gave me work out clothes....if that isn't a massive "mom, you ass is getting huge" hint, I don't know what is!

I haven't tried any of the Wii fitness things, I'm so not coordinated to follow stuff like that   I'm much better at just running  My son got Wipeout for Wii as a gift and has been loving playing that, lol.

What was it you did nice for someone in there?!?
I must've gotten sidetracked?!! :?

Come to think of it C, you're right. I didn't do anything nice for anyone in that long winded opiate stupor laden story, did I? I just went off on a long fuckin' tangent, that must have traversed about four large western states. I am sorry I for my ranting.

PS- Babyblue, "traverse" means, nevermind. :)

What are you laughing at, Sgt. Synthesizer? I bet you went to Dictionary.com too! :) Traverse is one of those words used by travel writers.

PS- I went back to my travel archives and you are right....Fuckin Camden isn't even on the route from North Charleston to NY! I was off by 60 miles! I looked it up and the stop before North Charleston, should have read, Yemassee, SC. My apologies. I have been through Camden and Columbia, but that is along the "inland" route(Silver Star) and it is the slower of the two routes. Nice country though, Jimbo.

I hadn't either until an hour ago. I usually just go out and run-or hit the treadmill since my regular running routes are covered with a sheet of ice right now...but, this kicked my trash...BIG TIME! I found that I'm not as coordinated as I once was but after a few minutes I'd get it. If nothing else, it was cheap entertainment for my kids for 45 minutes!

I'm sorry for the earlier head slap, Babyblue, but I wanted to leave you with this little tidbit before the night is over.

You know Jesus was supposed to be born in the South instead of Bethlehem, but they couldn't find three wise men or a single virgin. :D

Remember when you had your chef (yes, BJG has a chef ... ) make that special treat for a friend/s?!?
That really touched me ...even though I wasn't that person, but wow, so kind/thoughtful!!

That was the fried pickles for Lynn! It's not part of our normal menu, so I (sheepishly  ) asked the bar manager if she could do me a favor and have it that day. :D I hate asking for special stuff, but our bar manager is amazing, and it was no problem. I can't believe you remember that...

Yep, here's the proof! I swear am addicted to fried pickles!! And we FINALLY have them here at my favorite wing place which makes me so happy! I bought pickles yesterday though, and I am going to attempt to make them myself. Last time I tried was a fail, but we'll see. I LOVE PICKLES!!
