Zakk Wylde had some things to say about Eddie's bizarre behavior at Dimebag Darrell's funeral. Has anybody else read this? I mean Eddie seems to be long gone. And Dave was the one who needs the meds?

This is really sad to read. Eddie really does seem to have some serious issues these days and I really hope that he manages to sort them out soon.

VAN HALEN - ANYTHING DUE IN 05?:
There have been a lot of e-mails over the last few weeks regarding Van Halen. Do I have any news to report? No, not really. As stated previously, don't expect much action in 2005 - I don't expect any live dates and certainly no new studio album. Perhaps next year if things go well. A couple of small updates though:
Corey from Las Vegas e-mailed me today to report Michael Anthony appeared on "Craig, Al, and Andy" of KOMP Radio, Las Vegas Nevada this weekend.
Anthony apparently stated that if Van Halen were to continue - Eddie would have to "clean up". Anthony added that he and Sammy were not going to sit on the sidelines and wait, which they are sticking too, as the much loved Bass player will hit the road with Sammy on select solo dates this year.
Sammy Hagar has also talked to a radio station to update them on his upcoming activity. On WRIF, Hagar did comment on Van Halen, stating that he was willing to do it again [tour], but hinting that it wouldn't be this year. To hear that interview, go to: http://www.wrif.com/media/2005_02hagar.asx.

A collaboration of excessive alcohol, drugs, and smoking in addition to an enormous ego, a bout with cancer, and the loss of Valerie B. pretty much put Ed in his place for good. Damn shame, and we thought DVH was the fucked up one.

A theory is something that can be proven or disproven. Eveolution is not even a theory at best. It cannot be proven or disproven.

The funny thing is that Darwin was once a believer in God. He then got discouraged and ventured out think for alternatives to God. Then he came to his senses later and recanted, but scientists never talk bout those books he wrote.

There are no skeletal remains that show a complete evolutionary cycle. Only individual bones and some times no bones at all for the ficticious stages of mankind. One of the bones was proven by a secular university to be a late century hog's tooth. It is crap.

IF the big bang were true, the astronauts would have found about 6' of dust one the moon, which is what they calculated, and why the lunor lander module had the telescoping legs, to stabilize it and prevent sinking on it's side.

Too many books have been proven to disprove evolution. The fact remains that one book, the bible, should be read literally. It is a perfect science book. If you read it, you'll find that they knew the world was round, they new how rain/evaporation cycle worked, they new sanitation, they new all kinds of science that our highly regaurded scientists were known for discovering centuries later.

If you are serious about learning more, I will refer you to a site by a Dr. who worked/works for NASA, and who is world known for finding artifacts side by side of creatures that evolutionists say did not exist side by side, like man and dinosaur, etc, etc. He was once a leading evolutionist. Then, after looking at scientific fact, he proved himself wrong.

Evolution, and the studying thereof is always changing. Science is always changing. Look at the theory of relativity and the speed of light. Both have now been proven wrong. Science always has new discoveries. But yet, all they have to do is trust the bible. It would save us tax payers lots of money on research.

There is far more proof of mankind's evolution than of some omnipotent being who created everything in 7 days.

BTW, Eddie does believe in God. He was just sloshed and depressed at the time of dime-bag's death. His parents were fringe Catholics. Not all Catholics believe in the bible, etc, or believe in getting to God the same way, but Eddie has told my source years ago that he believes in God. He said that knowing that my friend did as well. Eddie would get philosophical often I am told, especially in times of stress.

Every man dies. Every man will question their belief system and how they lived at the last blink before death, unless they are at peace, and know that they know where they stand with God. It takes more faith to NOT believe in God and in evolution. Evolution is mathematically greater of a long shot than a tornado blowing through a juckyard, and producing a fleet of brand new, functioning, fully staffed and seated 747s.

Study DNA, the immune system, look at nature, or hear the beautiful music that the greats of our time have produced. It is obvious that we are here for a purpose. If we weren't, we could be as lawless as we wanted. We would have no desire to be good, to please, to work hard, to accomplish the impossible. We are designed, not an accident.

Kenny, you can shluff it off, so that you don't have to make commitments, or quit doing what your cravings urge. But one day, before you die, this post will come to your mind, and you will know it is true.

Well said, Man always has to have a way to explain things, like Evolution. Instead of believing, man has to bring it down to his terms, instead of leaving it at God's terms. This is Easter weekend, when Jesus arose from the grave. You believe that? I do, and so I can believe in creation, and his word the Bible. And by believing that I believe in Prayer and it's power. The power to heal, save lives and souls, and to change peoples ways. Maybe Ed needs to trust less in hisself, and look to a higher power, GOD!

You know nothing of me. It is typical of the evangalistical nature of christianity that I have you telling me that I 'will know' something you say is true.
I have no problems with any commitments and I have successfully crushed many 'cravings' including drugs and smoking, without having to lean on anyone or anything.
I know what is in my heart is true.

The theories are proven incorrect. Check the news archives. Check with NASA. It was even on CNN. Check their archives.

No, the bible doesn't say anything about the speed of light, etc. My point was to remember that while you count on evolution as fact because it is "science", that science is only man's best guess at a given time. No two scientists agree on everything. It is always a debate.

Doctors used to deliver babies very differently and treat new-borns differently than they do now based on science. Scientists once thought that black people were not real people with a soul. Scientists thought that the world was flat. As we "discover" something, we think that we have the answer, but we don't, because that discovering is always out dated. Either you have a fact or you don't.

So, we believers in God do not have all of the scientific answers. We are believers in the one who created the systems that man's science tries to figure out. So you understand that it makes no sense to us to try to use the creation to explain a way the creator. We do have the ark sitting on the side of a mountain, photographed and toured in the 40's, and then by radar under ice as it has been pushed down the hill. It was a landmark for travelers for hundreds of years, atheist or not. We have events described in the bible that would be mathematically impossible to predict exactly.

Finally, something that you can hold on to: Study the woodpecker. If you study how precise that bird has to be, how the tonque is stored, how it gets it's food, you'll realize how silly evolution is.

I am not going to continue a theological debate on creationism vs. evolution, especially not on a rock bands forum.
Even if you are not one of the millions of people who are victims of illuminati/occult mind control, I will not debate it with someone who believes in a deity who created everything in 7 days, whether you be a 'young earth' creationist or any other type.

And it was on CNN?? So was a report (not yet retracted, incidentally) that a 12,000 sq. meter chemical weapons factory was discovered in the early days of the US attack on Iraq. And trust me when I tell you I am VERY well and widely read......I haven't seen or read anything even close to what you are suggesting.

So.....my advice is talk about VH, or if you must, start another thread in a more appropriate forum, and we can continue, if you really wish.

Did you look? There are ahite papers all over the internet. Scientists made the discovery that in space the speed of light is not always the speed of light and/or the theory of relativity is wrong. People have been proving it wrong mathematically for years, atleast as far back as 2001.
