I 'll tell you what I think? FUCK NO! David lee Roth? Dude come on. I know Howard uses an impersonator of DLR for phony phone calls, and it's the funniest shit I have heard...I don't know why I said NO! because I could care less... I am going with Stern to Sirius...

Never liked Stern, or Roth. Both are pretty poor in their field IMO! Be honest you a BIG Phil Donahue fan. You even watch is reruns. -ERIC

That's cool if you don't like them, but saying they are "poor in their fields" is very wrong. Stern is a multi-millionaire and considered the greatest radio personality ever. Roth was one of the greatest rock and roll frontment ever. Of course, he is a joke now, but in his day, he was the best.

In my tastes they both are poor. Roth, to me, never could sing, he is a good frontman, and a good yelper. But over all poor. Not to stir up (open) a can of worms, but if there had never been an eddie van halen, roth never would have made it. But the opposite, Eddie would have made it without Roth. But a lot of people like him, and want him back. Never got into VH until Sammy came along. Even though I liked them, Roth I just couldn't stand.

Stern is a differernt story, I call him the 7 up man, never had it never will, he (again my op), is a poor example of the field. He has no idea of what is ........ahh never mind.-ERIC

I respect your opinion Abman, HOWEVER, Stern has, 1) the number one radio show in history, 2)Ran for governor of NY and would have won, so he backed out, 3), beat the US govt a few times with regard to free speech, 4) has just signed a contract for, get this..500 MILLION dollars for 5 years at Sirius, and that fucker Bush cannot touch him there!!

If you cannot tell, I hate this administration and where the country has gone under their regime rule...

And of course you are right.....I have been researching the lies and crimes of this administration for two years now.....more and more people are coming on board. Rove is about to go down, hopefully followed by Cheney and Rumsfeld. By the US's own guidelines, these guys would be considered traitors and war criminals.....so far they are lucky they have not been judged by their own hypocritical guidelines......but the tide is turning, there's no doubt about that.

Well Kenny, it's hard to be brought down when you have your own Attorney general, your own senate, your own House, your own Supreme Court, about to become even more your own, and if you can lie about a War, and get away with it, you can easily lie about a simple outing of a CIA agent.. Stern is very very funny when he is running prank phone calls, or Robin is doing the news or running actor commentaries and then they make fun of the actors. But many times the past few years, the show is very boring. I mean listening to endless discussions of what's going on in their office, Howard's business dealings or how some intern screwed up is just awful. I wouldn't spend a dime to listen to it.

I agree, John. I listened to him as a teenager, then rediscovered him when he got syndicated in the early 90's. Now I can't listen to him. It's the same stuff over and over.
