Roth demos from BOBW that didn't get used

Taken with a grain of salt of course...BUT...Eddie and Dave laid down six tracks that, according to Dave, were an "instant 10 million" both lyrically and musically. Eddie didn't use them on the BOBW compilation because of the Hagar allignment.
Dave was trying to work out whether or not he'd be allowed to play them on his show (8-9am, 18 Jan show) since they are in demo form and haven't officially been released. I understand that:
a) There is no way Eddie would be letting Dave have a copy of the recordings if they existed; and
b) Dave still believes that Van Halen will be the "Rockstar II" band.
But BS or not, does the man know how to tantalise? You bet!
I'm listening to retrospective recordings of his show and I don't think I'll be able to miss it again.
Cheers and beers
