Here's my review of the Europe DVD Live From The Dark

4 out of a 5 stars is an outrage!. But thanks for the review.

I bought this DVD and took it back the same day. I would rate it 1/5. The concert would of been awesome if you were there LIVE. But watching it on DVD feels like your watching a bootleg taped from the television with a portable camera in your hand (no joke). I don't know what the hell is going on. Poor poor DVD, waiste of money and time. Sorry but its a piece of shit, and I wouldn't even give it the time of day again. And the sound isnt great either, let alone the rubbish picture quality.

There are much better DVD's out there, that when your watching them they actually feel like a concert in your own living room, and for those DVD's alot of them would be worthy of a 3.5/5 or even 4/5.

It pisses me off just thinking about it, and that rarely happens...

I did make of the rather crappy/grainy quality of the video, but my main review focused on the music and quality of the performance.

Ahhh thats cool mate, I think I had the flue that day when I wrote that. But I think you wrote a nice review non the less. I dunno, I guess I really like the band alot, and I just wish I could find a decent show of theirs.

I think there was what seems to be an awesome show done around 1987? called (Live at TFC World Tour 87') theres clips all over youtube.com, stuff like "On The Loose" "Danger On the Track", and "Rock The Night".

You mean the "Live In Sweden 1986: The Final Countdown Tour" DVD?
