2 members I bet WOULD jump to help out: DLR and Hagar. Hand it over to them to do, get the Cryptkeeper's rubber stamp after they're done doing all the work. "Here, Edward. You're all done, just sign here."

What good is a box set if you already have all of their CDs. Andrew's piece says new music would have to be part of it. Maybe that's the hold-up?

Rhino have no unreleased material on hand and would only consider a release if access to such material was available and full co-operation from the band could be agreed upon.

No, "Unreleased." I know the band's never been big on that kinda stuff though. Alex made a comment one time when talking about Hagar-era remasters having possbile prev. unreleased bonus material and he said no way b/c before you know it with that stuff you're back in the studio trying to polish it up.
God forbid a band have to go into the recording studio.
