If anyone deserves their own day, I think it's Sammy!

Sammy Hagar will be honored by his former home area of San Bernardino County in California today (Tuesday, May 23rd). Hagar will attend the San Bernardino Board Of Supervisors meeting, where he'll receive a proclamation from Supervisor Josie Gonzales making May 23rd "Sammy Hagar Day" in the county. Following the ceremony in San Bernardino, Hagar will travel to the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center's Inland Counties Regional Burn Center in Colton, California, for a tour of the facility. Hagar is selling 2000 charity tickets for his summer tour kickoff June 3rd in Devore, which is in San Bernardino County, and the proceeds will go to the Burn Center to fund a special camp for children who are burn victims, as well as for some specialized medical equipment for treating burn victims.

Love it. Anyone think Sammy will make it to the HOF? Not that it even matters.

Well, he's in that arena rock label with Styx, Journey, Rush etc, so probably not. :evil:

Sad to say the only way he'd probably make it there is with Van Halen. Won't THAT be a day! lol!

The HOF is a joke anyway. If VH isn't in, then NOBODY should be in.
