I bought this cd a few weeks ago, and I must say it hasn't left my CD player. I am an older fan of the 80's sounding rock and continue to buy many of my cds through Europe since the U.S. isn't much into rock music anymore. Eventhough this cd is more current with respect to the music, I must say that I am quite please with the songs overall. Most, if not all are quite good, start to finish, this is a cd that you must give a try.

I don't quite understand the critical comments made by some of the so called music critics, for my dollar it is a winner. I wonder if Andrew is going to give the cd a spin and provide us all with his opinions through a review?

Interested in others opinions that have bought or heard the songs?

I was slightly disappointed in this album, partly because I think I had pretty high expectations. He has a great voice, but I guess I was expecting more edge to this album. He gets a little Matchbox 20-ish in spots which was completely unexpected and disappointing to me.

I guess I was expecting a four or five star album, but I would give it a two and a half. The songwriting isn't groundbreaking, the melodies are alright, but this guy can do a lot better in my opinion. Big Nickleback, 3 Doors Down, etc... fans will probably like it though.
