Anyone get a chance to hear War Stories by Lonnie Jordan? For those of you that don't know he was in the old school funk band WAR. Listen to some tracks here (http://www.myspace.com/lonniejordan) Any comments on this solo album of his? I've been a fan of WAR since back in the day and it's so awkward not hearing the real band behind him. I heard the "Don't let nobody get you down" cover from him on the way to work (umgd) Still sounds pretty good even though it's not the original members. What do you guys think?
