actually i like EVERYTHING i can go from country to disco to metal to R&B to classical.. to hip hop.. to soft rock..then Club Music.. its fun to like pretty much everything

I did'nt mind Madonna around 88 to 90. They were her best years. I thought "Live to tell" was fantastic, beautifly written. I bought the "Like a Prayer" record on vinyl, and it had a perfume smell to it, and I bought the "Immaculate collection" CD years later.
I'm a Rock/Heavy metal fan too, but give this girl a pat on the back, cause shes a survivor and still goes straight to no. 1 all these years later, while Amy Winehouse, Britney Spears and all these other drug fucked wannabes lay there just aimlessly wishing they were her.........

I like anything...Motorhead Night wish, right through to easy listening stuff and dance music...the night before last I was at the theatre watching a rendition of Handels Messiah...I'm very ecclectic

There's nothing wrong with Madonna. She's an Icon. Fantastic career over 20 years in the business. Nobody has to like all of her songs but she made some good ones.

Quite personally I think Beethoven and Mozart ROCK...and if they were alive today their music would be even more phenominal if thats possible! ... so yeah why should Madonna be any different?

As one who was a teen in the eighties, I like some of her music. She has a good voice with a nice sound, and has written some beautiful tunes, such as "La Isla Bonita". My wife loves classic Madonna, as do many females who were teens in the eighties.

Personally, I'd like to see Yngwie do covers of a couple of Madonna tunes with Goran Edman on vocals
