Thin Lizzy - Live and Dangerous

On the track "Baby Drives Me Crazy", Phil introduces the band and mentions Huey Lewis on Harmonica. Is this the Huey Lewis of "Huey Lewis & the News"? And if so, any additional background info would be cool. Was he a friend of the band or was this just a random happening?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I have always been really curious about that, and never found cofirmation either way.
