Should KISS follow The Eagles and Journey???

I've been thinking --

Gene and Paul have said repeatedly that the current state of the music industry, and the inability to make money on new recordings, contributes mightily to their unwillingness to record new music. What is they did what Journey and The Eagles did?

I just read that those two bands, who signed exclusive deals with Wal-Mart, make roughly $5 per cd sold (as opposed to about $1 per cd sold through a major label). This allows the band to avoid labels all together, and simply sell their product direct to the store. It has worked for the others. Wal-Mart does "free" advertising of the product by placing it all over the store in many places, and Journey, a band that hasn't sold many records is YEARS, sold over 100,000 copies of their new cd JUST LAST WEEK by doing this.

KISS -- ARE YOU LISTENING -- WE WANT NEW MUSIC -- GIVE IT TO US, AND MAKE A LOT OF MONEY AT THE SAME TIME!!!

not to metion they garuntee sales , if they buy 1million its 1 million sold, no returns.
unlike a record company that will ship a million and return 200000
