Last years roster had two fewer Texans than Okies on the team. That's a huge amount of Texans on their roster. I like to think they just want to go to a good school, but as it was explained to me, they have a better chance of starting at OU than they would at Texas, which is why they go there.

I find the Florida versus Charleston Southern matchup VERY compelling. What a fucking joke that the number one team in the country even schedules a team like Charleston Southern (whoever the fuck they are)! Just one more reason college football has always been a complete joke! Sorry college football fans...but some of these schedules (including Boston College playing Northeastern) are fucking embarrassing!!!

Im back from Gainesville and what was a really fun opening game!!! The boys in orange and blue were awesome, nearly perfect. Its gonna be a great season! The SEC lost one game over opening weekend so the best conference is off and running....
and a comment to "peter patriot":I'll make sure to tell Coach Meyer and our AD Jeremy Foley that you disagree with their scheduling-Im sure they'll give a shit and correct that right away.

It's not about Florida. I mean, who really cares who they play?
The first week or so is typically about the little guy getting some exposure and a nice payday.

i'm not doubting that florida could possibly beat tennessee.expectations are pretty low for me compared to a decade ago when we were winning the national championship are averaging only one loss a season.there for a good while we had a great team each season but former coach fulmer really sunk the tennessee program the last few years.

strange weekend... UNI loses to IOWA by getting two field goals blocked in the same series as the clock winds down... my cyclones beat a not very good South Dakota state... and OU loses... That Navy gave Ohio State fits is interesting...
YEAh FLORIDA should be MADE to play all tough games... I mean a REAL # 1 team doesnt schedule shit teams.... but this is the last year of some QB whats his name... ;-)
