I saw that on Sports Center and laughed my ass off. His face at that SPLIT second was telling his brain cells not to cry. I loved the fact that she went in for the hug as soon as possible. That's what it's all about. Instead of having that baseball for memory's sake, they have this, which is 100 times better IMO. Little girl's adorable also.

Dude, that was priceless. Besides, the Phillies sent up an autographed baseball. Class organization and an even better dad.

I would've throttled the little runt as soon as we got home!

just kiddin' folks. Saw her dad on the news and said his daughter probably taught they were playing catch. Priceless clip.

Was thinking last night what would really make a nice story is if the person that ended-up with the ball sought-out that little girl & Dad to give it back to them.

Loved it!!! That Dad melted when he saw his daughter's face, thinking she had done something wrong. That's how good parenting can be.

I just watched a longer report on this story on CNN.
It's nice to see some positive good news reporting.
That dad has his priorities straight and knows whats most important and truly valuable in life. :)
