I found this in a local CD/video store called Hastings, and thought I must be in the Twilight Zone... I mean, WHAT?!?!?

 Hastings buys used CD's, DVD's, video games and books. You can get a store credit or cash for a lesser amount then the credit. I guess someone didn't care for it. Funny that they didn't remove the Wallyworld sticker. ...and are charging more?

I had fun trying to figure out that situation, and like you I guessed it must have had been brought in as a used (though new and unopened) CD. Maybe they do take the unopened ones and put them in with the new stock. Still doesn't explain the pricing gaffes. They leave the original sticker on it, then mark it up $5.11 and add "You save $1.99". The shame is Stevew2 might actually fall for that, thinking he's found a hot deal.

lol..candles. I got some shirts as well. My first concert shirt, baseball T Escape, Escape Grey, Black Arrival, Departure, Evolution, 2002 tour Under the Radar, and a Vacations over T. I got the damn candles too haha.

What is a great item though is the Journey Revelation limited addition wine (autographed) they came out with a couple months back. My brother, TIME, got it for me for Christmas last year. Great gift. Need to find a case for that bad boy.

rip, is there a walmart near hastings? if not, maybe it's worth it for someone to pay the extra $5 to not drive to walmart. there isn't a walmart anywhere near me, so i'd consider paying a few bucks more to get something locally instead of making a long trip just to get one item. just throwing out a possible scenario.

If it's not Los Angeles, chances are there's a Wal-Mart nearby.

Good thinking. In this case, it was a small town in Northwest Arkansas with not only 1, but 2 Wal-Marts within an 8-mile range, and both of them Supercenters. Amazingly, local mom & pop business still thrives in that town. :)

That's cool! I found this at an estate sale a few months ago, mixed in with a bunch of alternative music. It stood out like a diamond in a pile of pebbles. The guy running the sale just gave it to me for free.

Stevie-Woo's an old-fashioned kind of guy - he gets to go out and play the field, but his regular steady is HIS regular steady and his alone.

I have a Frountiers Tshirt from the 80's that is worn so thin it is see through! LOL! It is so worn the band is half there and half worn off the back. You can still see Elmo on the front. I won't part with it. That is one Journey T with a great deal of memories. That was my first concert ever. I was so hooked on the band beyond what I ever was after that. :D

Rip, are you sure you weren't running around playing with a pricing gun?
