Maria Shriver Busted!

Maria Shriver was busted by TMZ holding a cell phone to her ear while driving her SUV. She then puts the phone down when she noticed somebody taking video. I believe this is her third violations doing the same thing. Jesus Christ. Law maker and law breaker.

Yes, it's illegal in the State of California. The governor signed this law 2 years ago, first offense, you'll get warning, but after that, you'll be paying a penalty and stays on your DMV record same as moving violations.

I like it....here in LA, it's still legal to run people off the road while you
are enjoying your morning cup of coffee, reading the newspaper, smoking
your cig, chatting on the phone and all whilst behind the wheel of a loaded weapon!!!

She's actually been filmed about 3 times now talking on her phone, even after Arnie was alerted. Heard this morning she saw a reporter filming her and tried to drop her phone quickly. Good grief, why not just get a bluetooth system in her car with all the money she has?

How hard is it to buy a ear piece? Not very. I don't understand why of all people she wouldn't own and operate one of those. It's not like a seatbelt where it wrinkles her clothing or anything like that.

Why buy an earpiece when you know you can get away with breaking the law? Once a Kennedy...always a Kennedy....

Looks like she's been wearing the seatbelt around her face.

A blue tooth wireless earpiece is so much more comfortable to use then holding a cell phone to the side of one's face. Even if this wasn't law, I'd still rather use an earpiece instead of the other.

My wife did this to me back in the late 90's while we were driving back from L.A. in the middle of the night on I-5. It's the only time I ever let her do this thing to me, I don't really like it. But she wanted to do it so.....and I tell you what, when the big "O" came I about lost control of the car and crashed us cause I couldn't hold the wheel straight during the convulsions I was going through. Obviously I think guys must have to take their hands off the wheel when this happens or they will jerk the car to one or the other side of the road, which could cause a loss of vehicle control. Or better yet, not have the vehicle in motion while doing it. That was the first time and the last time I ever let her do that to me, both inside and outside the car. I'm only interested in doing it to her, not her doing it to me.
