How do I isolate a Chorus and save it?

I tried, and I thought all I had was a Chorus....I had the WHOLE SONG!

Help.

Please.

I think I understand what you want so I will try to answer. Under edit there is the split option. If you have a chorus on one line, or multiple lines and you want to cut it and paste it, you can take the red line and move it to the beginning of the chorus(highlight the track(s) and go to 'edit' and split then go to the end of the chorus with the red line and split....then if you want you can move it to a new track entirely by making a new track and dragging it down to it. Once you have done that you can isolate the volume for only that track or for the multiple tracks by muting the other tracks. or if it is just one track there is an option on the left of the track that makes it the only track you hear. Ohh and if you recorded everything on just a single track and you want to purely isolate the vocals, but everything is on one track then I do not think you can isolate.....but if the chorus with all the instruments is on one track and you just want to isolate the chorus then you just split the region like I said.

You can also take the chorus(whatever tracks that entails) split at the right spot down all of them or the one of them....cut or copy it all together.....and paste it on an entirely new song altogether and you can just have the chorus by itself on a whole new song track. then save it.....and that way you have the chorus as a song by itself and you can save it and it will be alone.

Texafaga (no offense Jason) is like a grumpy old man, the only things I ever see him contribute are along these lines. Grow up fuckhead. There are a lot of people involved in home recording and what not here, it's a very legitimate place to ask the question.
