Good thread....it's always important to remember those self-exams, however, don't forget to have your yearly checkups with your doctor too since it's very difficult to do self prostate exams since it is a rectal exam. But do continue to "feel your balls" to check for testicular cancer. I have a good friend that was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer but luckily, it was caught early and he is now cancer free.
