Representin at #8! YEAH!

Cleveland's still not anywhere near as scary as Detroit. You're fine when you're in the heart of the city. Go too far off the beaten path though, like too far past the Cleveland Clinic for instance, and you'll be feelin some goosebumps.

I leave down here at 7, 8, 9... well, after dark a lot. I've only been followed once and I have a gun in my car so if I got there he's done if he tries anything.

Actually, I think all of our cities have been retired after topping the list for so many years.!!

If you exclude drug deals going wrong (shooting each other), I know New Orleans would not be in the top 10. But maybe that includes a few more of them as well.

I'm just glad Baton Rouge seems to have gotten "safer" since the last list...

Since two weeks ago...where did the criminals go, back to New Orleans?!?
I mean some awful stuff must have happened in NJ, MO and CA recently...I don't believe these things
for a minute!! Some places report all the crime, some don't!!!
Baton Rouge NEVER belonged on that list!!

Cleveland is a safe city overall. Just recently there was a ranking that named Cleveland as the tenth safest city in America.

Not one person has ever hassled me in any way in Cleveland. Last winter I was in one of the "worst" parts of town and my car got stuck in the snow. I saw a couple of guys walking down the street and asked them to give me a hand getting my car out of the snow. This was one of the "worst" areas of town, but they gave me a hand getting my car out of the snow, even though their feet were getting soaked in ice water at the time. I've never felt in any danger at any time in Cleveland. On the other hand I've been afraid for my life at times in Detroit, Miami, Chicago and Atlanta.

Cleveland has no business being in a list of dangerous cities. It's not like there's that big of a difference between Cleveland and Parma (Parma is the biggest suburb of Cleveland,) and Parma has been named the 17th safest city in America.

Yeah, there's no way anything will happen to you in the heart of the city. Where'd you get stuck?

Well, I've never felt afraid at any of the above listed (only been in Miami once, but I'm pretty sure it should be on the list)!!
I did chase a camera thief through O'Hare, but I wasn't scared and he could've been from anywhere!!
