I saw it earlier... it seems like a 50/50 chance she did it to me. I'm leaning to the possibility that she didn't do it. Only because her parents seem really stable and loving... usually killers come from fucked up families.

There are more evidence that she did it than not. More like 90/10.

I love your "heads I win, tails you lose" method of polltaking.

Glad you do. Now please vote and move along. You're holding up the line
She was involved in the acts no matter which way you look at it. Hence the [on purpose].

I hope not and I'm voting NO!! She is outside of the US and the defense
seems to have logical explanations and evidence for everything the
prosecution has against
Foxy Knoxy, which is also being taken and used
out of context. Throw in a little hash and this is
Midnight Express all
over again!!!

So MG thinks , if you commit a crime outside of US , you get a free get outta jail card. Interesting.
Does this mean the victim shouldn't really been pronounced dead , cause she was killed outside of her homeland ?!
Those who vote she is innocent , try to justify what she did , by feeling sorry for her parents and trying to put themselves and or their kid on that position. Sad but true.
Even if she's gonna get some kind of mercy. She should be allowed to serve her sentence in US.

She's got to go to the pen. Italy isn't a third world nation. She's had a fair trial as far as I'm concerned, as a matter of fact I think they have been too accommodating because of her being American. One guy is already convicted, it's her and her boyfriend's turn to face the music.

Nice try Counselor, I would like to redirect!!
The girl does not have a complete understanding of the language (this is why you should know and understand
the language of the country in which you reside) and she has been harassed and bullied!!!
Everything she DID say is being twisted, see example above^^^^^^^!!
"IF" she comitted this crime she should pay the price regardless of geography!!

Yep cause she was drunk and high. If you have followed her trial , then you should know she speaks and understand Italian more than stevew2 understands English.

No I only hear what I catch on the news!! I won't know everything until it's on Court/Tru TV and then I'll see the reenactment as well!!!
I
hope she didn't do this and if she did she deserves what she gets, but I just want them to get it right!!!

I've been following this from the beginning. From her doing cartwheels at the police station and giggling, even though she had known her roommate had been murdered a few hours before to how she would smirk in the court room like she didn't have a care in the world.
Only when she realized she might not get away with it after the guy she pointed the finger at was cleared (the same guy who gave her a job when she needed one), did this sudden transformation of her emerge, the quiet, nature loving girl who was in shock over Kercher being killed.
Her initial story, framing her boss.
"I don't remember if my friend Meredith was already there or whether she came later. What I can say is that the two of them (Meredith and Patrick) went off together... Patrick and Meredith went off together into Meredith's room while I think I stayed in the kitchen. I can't remember how long they were in the bedroom together, I can only say that at a certain point I heard Meredith screaming and I was so frightened I put my fingers in my ears. I don't remember anything after that, my head is really confused. I don’t remember if Meredith called out or if I heard thuds because I was upset, but I can imagine what was happening...I'm not sure whether Raffaele was there too that evening but I do remember waking up at his house in his bed and that in the morning I went back to where I lived, where I found the door open."

She definitely is guilty imo. I followed it for quite a while. But her parents are great people and have borrowed to the hilt to finance this defense and to keep traveling to Italy for these last couple of years, and I feel for them. But an innocent girl was murdered, and she needs to pay for her part in it and her boyfriend.

An assailant has already been tried and convicted of the crime, plus the prosecution's only physical evidence is refuted by one of Italy's leading forensics experts. I would have been interested to observe her demeanor and behaviour, but what I have just read is in no way enough information or evidence to determine her guilt or innocence. Even if she is in fact a cold, egocentric bitch, that does not make her guilty and some people giggle and act inappropriately when they are scared or nervous - I would want to hear everything presented by both sides in court before making a judgment.

A verdict by the eight-member jury is expected by the end of the week.
Luciano Ghirga, one of Knox's defense lawyers, insisted in court that Knox was the
victim of a "mechanism that crushed her."

Amanda Knox isn't coming home.

Personally, I think she
was there, but was whacked out of her mind and
didn't participate. They
have the killer in jail already. She'll be found guilty, but I'm hoping I'm wrong. Tough call for the jury.

I'm having a really hard time believing these 2 did it. They just seem like 2 lovebirds that liked to have sex and smoke a little weed. Marijuana is one of the least violent drugs. It leaves you feeling relaxed and mellow...not violent and murderous. And this really bothers me:
"
During the conversation, despite saying that he knew who Amanda Knox was, he (Guede, the man already convicted of the murder) never indicated she was at the home the night of the murder.
But after being jailed, his story changed, and he pointed the finger at Knox and her then-boyfriend, Sollecito."
Sounds to me like a fuckin' railroad job. They've yet to prove
any sort of motive. I just don't see this girl, who has
never displayed
any sort of violent or angry behavior, going to Italy and throwing many years of hard work and studying out the window for absolutely
no reason. The guy convicted never so much as muttered a word about these two during his
confession, but he magically remembers them being there
after being jailed. Something's shitty there, dude.

Amanda Knox found guilty of murder - gets 26 years.
Fair verdict. She was guilty imo. But prayers for her family.
