Talk about having stones. This couple took pictures with dignataries and then posted them all over their FaceBook account. So much for security at The White House. Not sure how something like this even happens in this supposed age of "heightened security"

I'm far more perturbed at the fact that these people got in than I am at the fact that they lied, weaseled in, took pics, etc. People are going to do stupid inappropriate shit like that, but the how and why they got past security to start with without being checked out is downright scary.
Not only that but broadcasting this mess... hey let's just tell the whole world how easy it is to waltz into a White House party why don't we. This is a huge embarassment for the US. Well, it's one of them.

I NEVER get double consonants correct. ever. I've had this problem since I learned to read or write.
There, I corrected it for you. Happy my wicked wench? (ramping up the pirate speak for my trip to WDW on sunday)

Guess what? I'm 99.9% sure that these are the same people who hosted the Jamestown Celebration in 2007 that Journey wrote and performed Wings of Freedom (or whatever it was) for!!!
I'll do more investigating to be sure. I went to their vineyard before the show because of a problem I had with my tix. It's about 45 minutes from my house.

Yeppers, I was right!
The younger Salahi created the vineyard's vaunted Meritage line, which won Gold Medals at 1994 and 1996 world wine championships, and in 1998 he launched a Cuvee "Celebration" sparkling wine, which also garnered top awards. With a brand of enthusiasm that would make P.T. Barnum blush, the prodigal son criss-crossed the world promoting the Oasis brand, playing polo at Windsor Castle against Prince Charles and hosting the world polo championships last May at Morven Park, featuring the band "Journey."

I agree. They're reality wannabes and now this, wanting big money to be interviewed. It makes me sick.

Interesting. There was a huge article on this couple and their annual polo cup event to raise money for their foundation Journey for the Cure. It pretty much exposed them as a sham and not paying many vendors with lawsuits ensuing and not raising the amount of money nor disbursing it like they said. Journey was mentioned as playing there but that they received their payment.
